The public site provides general information about Lemacks Media, its services, work, and operating approach. It is not a proposal, guarantee, professional legal advice, or replacement for a signed service agreement.

Site content and client marks

Unless otherwise stated, Lemacks Media owns the site’s original text, design, code, and media. Client names, logos, trademarks, and referenced work remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification or portfolio context.

Acceptable automated and human use

People and automated systems may retrieve, index, and summarize public pages using ordinary read-only requests, subject to reasonable rate limits and published crawler controls.

Automated systems are not authorized to submit forms, create accounts, open support tickets, attempt authentication, initiate payments, alter billing details, download protected client files, or perform any other state-changing action. Circumventing security, access controls, or technical restrictions is prohibited.

Third-party services

The site may link or hand off to services operated by other companies, including secure billing providers. Their availability, privacy practices, and terms are governed by those providers. A link does not transfer responsibility for a third party’s systems to Lemacks Media.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep public information accurate and the site available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is complete at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, use of the public site is at the visitor’s own risk.

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in North Carolina, without displacing any different terms in a signed client agreement.
