This notice explains how Lemacks Media handles information submitted through the public website and authenticated client portal, plus information generated to operate and protect those systems. Effective September 10, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect information you intentionally submit through forms and client interactions, plus limited technical and security records needed to operate and protect the site. The authenticated client portal may store account details, client and project records, support tickets and replies, document metadata, and other information needed to provide contracted services. Contact form submissions are stored in CMS and may be delivered by email. Security systems may record IP address, browser information, timestamps, and anti-abuse signals.
How information is used
We use information to respond to requests, provide contracted services, operate the client portal and support workflow, maintain and secure our systems, measure site performance, improve the experience, and meet legal obligations. Billing actions may hand off to Stripe's hosted customer portal; complete payment-card or bank credentials are not stored in this CMS site. Lemacks Media does not sell client or visitor personal data to data brokers or advertisers.
Automated access
Public pages may be indexed, cached, and summarized by search engines and other read-only systems. Automated systems are not authorized to submit forms, create accounts, open support tickets, initiate payments, access protected client files, or perform other state-changing actions without permission.
